“Every body holds its own wisdom. My clients continually remind me that nourishment is deeply individual, and that listening with curiosity — to both their stories and their bodies — is where true transformation begins.”
Hi, I’m Nina, and I lead Recipe Development, Social Media, and Patient Relations at Nutrition With Heart. With more than 20 years of experience in food, beverage, events, and marketing, I’ve always loved bringing people together — but my true passion is helping others find a way to love themselves more through nourishing, balanced eating.
Growing up, I didn’t always have access to clear guidance about healthy food, and I saw firsthand how nutrition can influence both physical and mental health. Those early experiences inspired me to choose a different path — to nourish my own body well and to help others do the same. My journey is still unfolding, but I’ve learned that when you discover love for yourself and give your body the nutrients it needs, it loves you back — and you feel your best.
I chose to work at Nutrition With Heart because I deeply admire the way this team helps people build a healthier, kinder relationship with food — one that supports both their bodies and their sense of self-worth. I’m inspired by how thoughtfully they guide patients to feel better, enjoy nourishment, and love themselves more with every step of the journey.
My hope is that when patients leave Nutrition With Heart, they feel truly supported, genuinely seen, and reconnected with themselves — because the relationship you have with yourself is the most important one of all. I’m honored to add my creativity and care to a team so dedicated to compassion, empowerment, and helping every person find joy in their own path to well-being.
“Healing through nutrition means facing the patterns that shaped us and choosing something new, even when it feels hard. In those moments when growth feels still, trust that your courage is building roots for lasting change.”
