“Every body holds its own wisdom. My clients continually remind me that nourishment is deeply individual, and that listening with curiosity — to both their stories and their bodies — is where true transformation begins.”
Hi, I’m Erin, a registered dietitian nutritionist who loves helping people reconnect with themselves through nourishing, balanced relationships with food. I support clients navigating a range of concerns — from high blood pressure and prediabetes to digestive issues, anxiety, and depression — with compassion and an emphasis on embodiment and self-trust.
I’m deeply committed to meeting clients where they are and supporting them in their journey through incremental lifestyle changes. I’m particularly passionate about assisting clients with mental health challenges, neurodiverse and sensory needs, using brain–body nourishment and whole-family approaches to foster positive, lasting relationships with food.
My goal is for you to leave each session feeling grounded, truly seen, and supported. I hope you feel encouraged to trust your process and recognize that the natural “wobbles” along the way are part of finding balance.
“You’ve got to nourish to flourish. Healing begins with the courage to give yourself what you truly need — the foods, thoughts, and connections that feed our body, brain, and heart from the inside out.”
