About Meredith

Hi, I’m Meredith, a Registered Dietitian passionate about helping people feel their best through evidence-based, practical nutrition strategies. I specialize in creating individualized plans that support overall health, wellness, and performance, whether in everyday life or in high-demand environments.

With a background in performance nutrition, I’ve seen firsthand that the most effective strategies aren’t the most extreme, they’re the ones you can stick with. Life is full, schedules are busy, and nutrition shouldn’t feel like another stressor on your plate. My goal is to help you cut through the noise and focus on what truly matters for your body and your routine.

“Food is meant to fuel your life, not complicate it. The goal is to make it feel simple, flexible, and sustainable.”

-Meredith Giles
